Blocktone 22A nanoclay powder features exceptional thermal stability and excellent compatibility with non-polar polymers such as PE, PP, and PS. Derived from meticulously purified bentonite mineral, it ensures high purity. Additionally, Blocktone 22A holds a nanoscale production certificate from the Iran Nanotechnology Innovation Council (INIC).

To optimize particle distribution and dispersion within the polymer matrix during production, employing maleic anhydride-grafted polymers as a compatibilizer alongside nanoclay is recommended.
